Payment & Refund
International clients: PayPal only · USD pricing applies
Full payment must be made upfront in one payment before work begins.
If a cancellation is requested after payment, only 30% of the total will be refunded.
Cancellation
When will a commission be cancelled?
If there is no response within 7 days after the first confirmation email is sent, the commission will be considered cancelled.
If the requested content is beyond the artist's current abilities, the commission will be declined and the client will be notified.
Artwork Usage
If anything is unclear or not listed here, please feel free to ask!

You will receive two files: a watermarked version, and a full-resolution clean version (with small signature only) for personal use.
The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request, for any reason.
Copyright & Ownership
Copyright Notice
The artist retains full copyright of all commissioned works.
Purchasing a commission grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use the artwork.
Ownership of the artwork does not transfer to the commissioner under any circumstances.
Any usage beyond the scope of the license granted above requires prior written consent from the artist.

Sketch preview
A rough sketch will be sent via DM or email for your review.
You may request up to 2 free revisions at this stage. No major changes will be accepted after this point — please confirm everything you want during the sketch phase.

Final preview
A finished preview will be sent for your final review.
One last minor revision is allowed at this stage — limited to small adjustments only (e.g. coloring errors).

Commission complete!
The final files will be delivered to you via email.
You will receive: full-resolution PNG and watermarked PNG.

Important
Once the commission is completed and you have confirmed receipt (in any form), the transaction is considered final. No further revisions will be accepted, and the artwork may not be modified by the commissioner.

Regarding colors
The artist uses a rich, expressive color palette and generally does not replicate a character's original colors exactly. Please review the provided examples carefully before commissioning.
